Our client, a reputable public sector body based in London, is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent basis.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing internal recruitment, in addition to staff management.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Take full responsibility for the end to end recruitment lifecycle
* Determine current staffing requirements and produce forecasts, ensuring the necessary budgets are available
* Assist with the creation of job descriptions and design/implement direct sourcing and applicant tracking systems
* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
* Line manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and hold responsibility for their training and development and appraisals
* Manage own staff budget, KPIs and deliver against targets, providing regular feedback/reports to the Head of HR
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Expertise required:
* Internal recruitment experience
* Staff management
* CIPD qualified
