An established practice is currently looking to recruit a Chartered Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join its team in Exeter This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career within a company widely regarded as one of the South West's leading surveying practices. They pride themselves on an excellent reputation, solid client base and a market leading position.
You will be responsible for the valuation of both individual and portfolios of property across Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors, working closely with large lending institutions. You will advise these clients on matters relating to Investment, development, Landlord and tenant issues and on-going maintenance, whilst providing broader advice on wider professional matters.
The appointed individual will have an excellent academic track record having gained experience of working within a surveying practice, bank or consultancy. Experience from the local market would be a bonus. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
