We are currently looking to recruit a strong and experienced General Manager to oversee the running of this site based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Catering for a high volume, the department provides for the main restaurant as well as hospitality and events. As the General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the overall running of the site including staff management, financials, food quality and client liaison. You will work closely with the team and ensure that the service is of a high quality as well as look ways to increase footfall.

To be considered as a candidate, you will:
*be an experienced General Catering Manager with a proven career background
*ideally have worked within contract catering, retail and/or higher education catering
*have excellent management skills with the proven ability to lead, manage and encourage your team
*have strong financial understanding and able to manage budgets and costs
*be an excellent team player
*be analytical and able to solve problems in rational manner
*be genuinely passionate about good food and customer service
*be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
