We have an exciting opportunity available as a Director of Cell Culture at a growing CDMO based in Northern England with a focus on Biologics. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established expert and manager to enter into a senior leadership position utilising their scientific knowledge and experience in a strategic departmental role.
Responsibilities
Lead the cell culture department and teams
Support ongoing programs. Cell biology, mechanism of action, assay development etc.
Managing the cell biology group in line with company strategy
Decide on innovative new approaches and opportunities for future investment
Budget planning and management
Candidate Summary
8+ years' experience with Cell Culture and the surrounding science
Cellular assay development experience utilising varied formats
Management experience
