Salary - GBP20,000
Vertical Recruitment are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Provider to recruit for an Income Assistant on a temp 6 month contract with the potential to go perm
Working Hours Monday to Friday - 37.5 Hours
Main Duties
Provide a customer focused and efficient rent arrears and rents service for all tenants and service users
Effectively manage accounts in arrears in the area as directed by the income manager
Respond to emails and other contact from residents in a timely and appropriate manner.
Managing accounts in credit, including arranging credit refunds.
Liaise and work in co-operation with other income recovery team Candidate Specification
Previous experience working within Income
Previous experience of providing excellent customer service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage a high workload effectively
