My client based in the heart of the West Midlands are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will come from an IT Hardware or Audio Visual sales background to hit the ground running.

This role is commutable from: Birmingham (North and West), Telford, Shrewsbury, Stoke on Trent, Lichfield, Cannock and surrounding areas.

Sales Manager (Hardware) Position:

• Management of the Business Development and Account Management teams
• Work closely with the Sales director on team strategy
• Upskill and develop the team with 121s, appraisals, recruitment and in house training
• Small element of new business development working with key clients
• Commercial management, KPIs and ROIs to deliver on company growth requirements

Sales Manager (Hardware) Requirements:

• New business sales and key account management
• Line Management
• Industry experience in Events technology, technical hardware, audio visuals or similar
• Sales strategy
• Developing sales teams with a proven track record of success

The role is offering a competitive salary of up to 40K per annum, plus realistic OTE of GBP35,000-GBP55,000. Interviews are taking place from tomorrow, Thursday 18th April with appointments being made shortly after.
