Our website is key to our communications and brand building strategy We are now recruiting a Website Manager to build on our success and make it even better.

Key responsibilities are:

* Central ownership for all websites throughout the group

* Engaging with users across all countries to improve the impact and effectiveness of company websites in driving leads

* Ensuring all website content is up to date, accurate and correctly displayed, across all languages

* Monitoring and analysing user engagement and conversion metrics, making improvements and reporting on results across all websites

A-SAFE's products are used by the world's largest organisations. Airports like Heathrow and Singapore, the production facilities of BMW and Jaguar Land Rover, and warehouses and distribution centres for DHL and Amazon.

The Role

* Manage current and future international websites, including the implementation of online content and on-page optimisations to maximise SEO and conversion, and ensuring all content is up to date and accurate

* Manage the publishing of new products and new content to all websites

* Optimising the user journey by ensuring content is easy to navigate. Analyse and review user journey to drive improvements

* Profile site audiences and define user requirements to make website improvements.Monitor website content that engages audiences and instruct content teams accordingly

* Ensure content is implemented in line with key dates and events.

* Survey website users and internal teams to learn about how they engage with the website

* Drive and manage development projects that ensure our customers have the best possible experience online

* Conduct tests on desktop/tablet/mobile to make sure content is displayed correctly

* Work closely with the website agency to improve website, identify and correct any bugs and ensure prompt issue resolution and the best use of website development time and budget.

* Drive improvements to our CMS, including streamlining workflow and introducing automations where possible

* Planning and managing translations from the subsidiaries and liaising between all stakeholders to ensure schedule and deadlines are understood and met.

* Manage a structured programme of conversion rate optimisation - covering both the planning and execution of tests

The Candidate

* 3-5 years experience in website management, including one or more CMS, making complex updates error free and on time, ideally within a related B2B environment.

* Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation using tools to monitor & optimise journeys.

* SEO knowledge and experience. Understanding impact of website content on SEO.

* Leading A/B and other multivariate testing - data capture and deriving actionable insights.

* Detailed knowledge and experience of Google analytics, data analysis and reporting

* Excellent project management skills - creating and maintaining a detailed roadmap for the website

* Able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

* Excellent communication skills - can formulate proposals and influence key stakeholders

* Numerate and a confident intermediate Excel user. Good attention to detail.

* Umbraco, HTML, CSS experience an advantage

* Takes the initiative and is a creative lateral thinker and problem solver

* Enthusiastic team player - able to build constructive relationships with key stakeholders throughout the international business.

* Willingness to try new things, innovative & pioneering approach

* Promotes an ethos of continuous improvement and takes ownership.
