Officer - Learning and Development Projects

Our Head Office Learning and Development team are seeking a highly organised individual to support and coordinate and deliver multiple L&D projects including on-boarding and welcome events. Your key responsibilities will be to maintain the training development catalogue for new and existing employees and to provide vital support to the Emerging Talent team. This multi-faceted and exciting opportunity is ideal for a confident and highly motivated person with genuine enthusiasm for supporting employee development and promoting training programmes.

What will you do?

•Supporting the Head of Learning & Development
•Managing the end to end On Boarding process
•Maintaining the training development catalogue
•Delivering L&D projects as required by the Head of Learning & Development
•Taking responsibility for organizing and delivering Head Office Welcome Events
•Supporting the Emerging Talent team with graduate, apprenticeships and work placement programmes
•Inputting data into L&D systems
•Ensuring compliance with Head Office and International deadlines
•Ensuring the department provide a quality experience to all employees that attend Welcome Events and training sessions

What will you need?

•Previous project delivery experience is desirable
•German language skills are desirable but not essential
•Motivated with exceptional people skills and the ability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels
•Enthusiastic about the training and development of employees working in various different areas of the business
•A confident PC user with intermediate Microsoft Office and excellent Excel skills and experience managing information in a database
•A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
•Uncompromising attention to detail
•Able to use their own initiative

•GBP27,000 - GBP33,000 per annum (subject to experience)
