You should be able to contribute ideas and concepts to team discussions as well as work effectively on an independent basis. Ideally, the school need a teacher who is able to raise expectations within their classroom, which will ideally and in turn raise standards and improve performance.

As a Science NQT at this school you will be working in the school's brand new Science faculty, surrounded by excellent colleagues. Your role will have you teaching up to A-Level and you will be supported by a mentor who is an experienced teacher.
