Energy Sales Consultant

We are delighted to be working with our client, an Energy supplier based in Newcastle who have a new way that SMEs access services. This is an exciting time for the company as they are going through a period of growth and expansion. In addition to that. they are seeking to recruit a Telesales/Customer Service consultant on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities Include:

• Guiding SME clients to the right utility deal.
• Generate new sales, introductions and educate clients to the website.
• Follow set targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.
• Build, service and renew customers.
• Cold calling activity to increase volume/revenue.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

What they are looking for?

• Candidates who have a minimum of 12 months telesales experience in any industry.
• People who are comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone.
• Must be able to work to your own initiative.
• Results orientated and excited by career progression.
