Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We are looking for someone to manage a significant budget which will allow the delivery team to plan, prepare, monitor and complete improvement works to our properties.  This role is about having overall responsibility for the delivery team, performing the Contract Administrator role for assigned contracts and reporting monthly on contract progress and budgetary performance to ensure compliance with our business plan.

To carry out this role, you will have experience in the project management of property refurbishment works and working with the full JCT contract suite.  You will also have experience of managing employees to deliver property maintenance work, together with managing budgets and financial cost modelling.  You will have a relevant professional qualification e.g. RICS, MCIOB, MCABE or equivalent
