TENANCY SUSTAINMENT OFFICER
1 x Permanent, 2 x 2 Years and 1 x 1 Year Posts - 37 Hours
Grade 6 - £18,870 - £20,541 per annum (Subject to Job Evaluation)
The Council’s Housing and Property Service is continuously facing major challenges, this includes helping our customers with the effects of Welfare Reform.
Making sure our customers get the support they need is a key part of our response and, as such, this role includes working closely with Council tenants on a one-to-on basis to support them to sustain their tenancies.
The job requires a can-do attitude, the ability to communicate well with customers, and to be positive about change. Your customers will sometimes be facing major challenges in their lives so the ability to manage relationships with service users and act as an advocate for them is important.
