Senior Building Surveyor - Ref: #5718
An industry leading international property consultancy based in Birmingham city centre are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding building consultancy team.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of properties throughout Birmingham whilst carrying out the full-remit of traditional building surveying competencies.
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor will have uncapped career progression and will be designed a career development plan to help progress towards directorship.
The Role of the Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;
* Specifications and schedules of work
* Contract administration and project management
* Schedules of dilapidations on behalf of the landlord and tenant
* Building reinstatement cost assessments
* Pre-acquisition and due-diligence surveys
The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;
* MRICS
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
* Sound technical knowledge built from working within a commercial private practice
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
In Return, the Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
* GBP40,000 - GBP50,000
* 25 days holiday
* Pay reviews every 6 months
