Seeking a highly commercial HR Business Partner to join a fast pace organisation to support the Finance function globally. The organisation that has undergone rapid growth and expansion through acquisition and this business function is about to undergo a huge restructure and they are seeking a resilient and high impact HR Business Partner to drive this change. As a truly international organisation with a heavy European presence Works Council experience and exposure and how to navigate this will be essential to the role.

Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent management, succession and development and leadership.

This is a unique opportunity for an HR Business Partner with sound experience within an HR partnering role in a fast paced environment, preferably with strong levels of exposure to working within a unionised environment.

As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:

  • Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly
  • Broad experience in all aspects of an HR generalist role with Works Councils and Union exposure
  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
  • High level influencing and communication skills
  • A European language - Spanish/German/French is advantageous but not essential
