Carpenter Multi

Our Client are a Housing Association and they are currently looking for a Multi Carpenter to join their team (Reactive Repairs).

Areas Covering

South East London and Surrounding Areas

The focus will be on high quality work, outstanding customer service and a right first time attitude.

Van, Fuelcard, PPE equipment supplied

Skills
• Carpentry - repair and replacement of windows, floors, doors, stairs, kitchen units and locks

* Dealing with all aspects of internal/external repairs including kitchen re-fits and repairing UPVC doors and windows. In addition to carpentry you will have skills and experience in plumbing, painting/decorating and groundworks

* Plumbing - repairs to baths, sinks, toilets, water tanks, wash hand basins and clearing blockages

* Plastering - patch repairs, bond and set, plaster board, finishing and rendering

* UPVC - repairs to doors and windows

* Tiling - patch repair of floor and wall tiles

* Flooring - patch repair of vinyl, safety flooring and carpet

* Groundworks - fencing, paving, block work and brickwork

* Painting and Decorating - patch repairs involving preparation, painting and wall papering

Duties

You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
• Working knowledge of a building and/or housing environment
• Able to deliver excellent customer service (essential)
• Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ qualifications (or qualified by experience)
• Able to use a PDA (hand-held device) and on occasion a computer
• Full clean UK driving licence (essential)

Must have own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
