Deputy Project Manager - Supported Living (ARDM-0319)
Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality services to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families, in North London.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist with the management of a supported living project for 8 adults with a range of learning disabilities.
Working alongside the Project Manager and a team of Support Workers, you will provide excellent person centred care to ensure the tenants' wellbeing, enabling independent and fulfilled living. This will involve supporting service users to take part in a range of meaningful and fun group activities, develop friendships and access services, as well as support with all aspects of day-to-day living. This may include working in partnership with family and advocates, where possible and appropriate. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent quality service and managing a varied workload, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or other client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs and positive behaviour support approaches would also be an advantage.

Salary: GBP22,744.20 per annum
Hours: Part time, 28 hours per week (including weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays) *Additional Support Worker hours are also available to make this up to a full-time post
