The HR Team at Sense is looking to recruit an experienced recruiter to support our internal charity and retail customer groups.
Based at Touchbase Pears our newly built state of the art centre in Selly Oak, you'll take the lead for providing an end to end recruitment service to recruiting managers across the business.

About the role
As a specialist Recruiter, you will work need to develop an in depth understanding of the recruiting requirements and challenges of your customers and provide advice, guidance and support so that they attract and select the best possible candidates.

We are currently working on raising the profile of Sense as an employer, increasing ways to engage with our workforce, rationalising our HRIS and payroll systems, enhancing our leadership and management development offer and much more.
We'll encourage you to work closely with our People Partners and HR team in Birmingham and London, so our successful candidate will need to be able to regularly travel to our King's Cross and Crayford offices in London.
About you
Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification, you'll need to have a proven track record in leading a high volume recruitment function that works across sectors. You'll need to understand the challenges our different customer groups face. You'll be highly motivated, resilient and committed to making a difference to the people we support.
