Regional Business Manager - Nursing
Salary up to GBP35,000 per annum, plus commission
Are you a senior sales professional from a recruitment background, looking to put your expertise to the test in a new and challenging environment?
Athona has been established since 2003 and prides itself on being a leading Medical and Nursing recruitment specialist in the UK.
We are looking for a Regional Business Manager to drive and continue to develop the London region of our Nursing division. The role will require working closely with a team of skilled Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to drive the performance of the team and to ensure that we deliver the best solution for our candidates and clients.
The Regional Business Manager will grow allocated areas within the London region, developing new business and improving the candidate generation process. Proactively work with the Operations Director and HR to grow the Region by attracting the best calibre of Recruitment Consultants. Ensuring fulfilment of SLA agreements and ad-hoc clients utilising the recruitment team.
Do you have the following?
* A minimum of 3 years' experience gained at a senior level within a recruitment role
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* A demonstrable track record in achieving KPI's and meeting targets
* Confidence in making outbound calls
* The ability to be a customer service and brand ambassador to represent our highly regarded reputation
* Strong relationship building skills
* Resilience and commerciality
