The Role

We are now looking for a Cleaner (Clean Start Technician) who will be responsible for clearing rubbish from properties – this includes lofts, gardens and outbuildings and cleaning the property in preparation for new tenants. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and suppliers, you will identify furniture suitable for recycling and carry out garden maintenance to include the use of power tools.

The successful candidate will have high standards of cleaning and be able to follow instructions as well as using their own initiative. You will have basic knowledge of standard tools and materials and preferably hold a CSCS card for construction and related industries.
