We have another fantastic opportunity within our Lettings and Leasehold Team.
We are looking for a full time Lettings and Leasehold Assistant who is seeking change and creativity in their approach to work. If you can rise to a challenge and are passionate about customer service then this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. The post holder will be the initial contact for all general Lettings and Leasehold enquiries.
Duties include:
- Conducting pre-termination visits to customer’s homes and act as the main liaison for the tenant during the termination period.
- Assisting Lettings and Leasehold Agents in various aspects of the void property allocation process
- Completion of tenancy termination procedures for outgoing tenancies.
- Administration of key Lettings and Leasehold information across all relevant systems and database.
- Marketing of void properties through local authority and web based systems.
- Working with the Communications department to ensure all Lettings and Leasehold information is both factual and up to date.
