We are the JCB distributor throughout the South West and Wales. An opportunity has arisen for a Business Improvement Manager at our Head Office in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
* Regular monthly reporting of a wide range of information throughout the business to aid decision making
* Source and analyse a wide range of data to meet the business needs of the directors and management team. Ensure that this information is both accurate and understood. Distribute both internally and externally, in a format that is both usable and relevant
* Support business process improvement throughout the business, from formulation of ideas through to implementation, including the provision of training and ongoing support, as required
* Project management of a wide range of developments right across the organisation, including IT developments, facilities improvements and commercial projects to drive enhanced business performance
* Provide crucial support to the directors of the business on a wide range of tasks and projects, including commercial, financial, governance and operational matters
* Provide support to IT, accounts and admin teams as required.

Essential Skills
* Educated to degree level (or similar) with minimum of 3 years business based experience
* Exemplary organisational skills
* Self-motivated individual who will take ownership
* Has a positive "can do" attitude with a questioning mind
* Strong analytical skills, gained through extensive Microsoft Excel use, including database query
