Our forward-thinking US law firm client is currently looking for a Legal Administrator/Junior PA to join their Central Management team and work Directly with the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. This role will elevate the provision of support the Executive Assistants deliver to the Managing Partner and Senior Partner, through proactive contribution and efficient administrative support. The main responsibilities for this role are to ensure unique and individual support needs for the key stakeholders are understood and met, to use effective systems to ensure that both urgent and non-urgent tasks are completed within the required timescales, to use initiative to take responsibility of essential administration that will assist the Executive Assistants, for example, co-ordinate expense payments, archiving, emptying confidential shredding, and arranging photocopying, be capable of operating all functions of the photocopiers and scanners including clearing jams, replenishing paper and replacing the toner, to assist other members of the team and department as required, to develop a general awareness of business issues and challenges within which the firm operates to gain trust and confidence in the support you will provide, taking responsibility for organising and responding to incoming and outgoing mail, establishing and maintaining effective, accurate filing systems (hard copy and electronic), to manage internal calendars, by coordinating and distributing calendar invites for all meetings of the Partners, Partnership Board and other meetings, to collate, upload and organise documents and Board books onto 'Diligent', ensuring that papers are released on time, assisting the Executive Assistants with the planning and delivery of firm-wide projects where necessary. Candidate should be driven and proactive with excellent typing skills, the core hours for this role are 9.30am - 5.30pm
