PACKAGE: On offer is a basic salary of up to GBP38,000 plus 25% bonus, company car, mobile phone, laptop and 25 days plus bank holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION: Area Sales Manager - You will be responsible for selling the service and maintenance contracts for our clients leading product range via FM companies. Target markets include the supermarkets, universities and hospitals. This is mostly a new business role but there is also a need to grow existing accounts.

LOCATION: Field based covering the Midlands and Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and West Midlands

CANDIDATE: Our client is seeking a professional and dynamic field sales person from the construction market. This person should ideally have sold a service within the construction or building products market and be able to demonstrate how you have exceeded targets within a competitive sales environment. Although any field sales construction professional will be considered as long as you are a superb negotiator with excellent communication skills and a quick learner able to pick up technical information quickly and a new business winner.
