Vospers are looking for the right people to join their team and new team members joining the family will be taken on at a time that suits them in the coming months.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive you'll be operating within the Sales department, focussing and taking ownership for maximising sales within the business. You will work with the team and support all areas of the business when required whilst delivering customer excellence. We're looking for someone to join our growing family and bring with them a positive attitude, integrity, respect, accountability and flexibility to the role.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Selling cars by using the Vospers Sales Process
  • Managing preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers
  • Prospecting for new and used car customers
  • Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers
  • Maintain showroom and displays to required standards

The ideal Sales Executive:

In order to be successful for this position, you will need to be highly ambitious, confident and possess previous experience ideally within an automotive sales environment. You will also need:

  • A standards and quality driven management style
  • An eye for detail
  • Previous people management and leadership experience
  • To be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
  • Interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
  • To be computer literate

Salary Expectation - competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission opportunity and an OTE of GBP35,000+
Location: Truro
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 Rota 1 Sales Day off in the week, Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00, 10:00 - 16:00 (Sunday Rota 1 in 4 off)
