About the role:
We’re currently looking for an experienced Administrator to provide organised, flexible and effective admin support to the housing management team.  As our first point of contact, you’ll take ownership of enquiries, receive and make calls to customers and provide an efficient service for incoming and outgoing post.  You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer, tenancy and property information.


What we’re looking for: 

  • Previous experience of clerical and administrative work
  • A background in a customer facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff,customers and external organisations
  • An interest in housing and commitment to the aims of our Association
  • A good understanding of the principles and practices of equality and diversity.
