The role:

• Working with individual service areas prior to, during and after CQC Inspections.
  
• Leading on, developing and implementing organisational wide strategies for clinical and audit effectiveness
• Facilitating mandatory national audits and coordinating subsequent action plans assuring compliance for the organisation
• Leading on the systematic review and effective dissemination of clinical guidelines and policies.
• Ensuring CQC requirements are considered and included, to maximise compliance and best practice.

The ideal Candidate will:

• An excellent communicator
• A proficient problem solver
• Previous experience of working in an NHS environment
• Experienced at delivering clinical audits
• Extensive experience of the Data Protection Act and GDPR
• Experience of line management
• Clinical governance and risk management.
