As an Account Coordinator using your recruitment/resourcing experience you will be working within a team based at our Luton, Bedfordshire capability Green head office you will be maximising the sales and temporary gross margin within dedicated Blue Arrow existing client accounts by delivering exceptional service through the timely supply of flexible and permanent employees and by embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture. You will ensure that Blue Arrows values are reflected in every activity and that your actions continually work towards achieving high road recruitment practices that are aligned to enhancing the lives of everyone that touches Blue Arrow.

- National Account client development and management
- Recruitment: candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, giving advice
- Service management: compliance, administration, maintaining records and databases
- Relationship management with candidates, clients and colleagues/branches
- filling temporary bookings and permanent vacancies
- Working to targets and KPI's
