Ashfield Healthcare are pleased to be working with a well-respected and international medical device company to recruit a Clinical Support Specialist to cover the South area including the M4 Corridor. Key Responsibilities
* Build long term rapport with key customers in target accounts
* Provide clinical support as required in customer accounts in a theatre and hospital environment
* Provide timely and accurate stock maintenance support to both internal and external customers
* Provide prompt and viable solutions for customer service issues and problems
* Document customer activity
* Be available for customers in an 'on call' capacity as defined by account requirements
* Provide clinical education and training on all Medartis product to relevant medical personnel via in servicing, workshops and in theatre education
* Capture IP for business transparency, information and strategic analysis and review
* Teach and encourage product maintenance, care and use of product guidelines to all customers
* Demonstrate and develop clinical support skills, product and procedural knowledge to required level with a goal of clinical expertise
* Communicate promptly and effectively with internal and external customers including case booking needs and stock usage
* Develop in conjunction with the General Manager, objectives that achieve business growth and customer satisfaction
* Proactively manage relevant stakeholder relationships within target hospitals in consulations with the sales consultant
* Identify opportunities to maintain and grow the business and accelerate opportunities to consultants and customers
* Exhibit a professional company image and appropriate behaviour at all times
Relevant Experience
* Well-developed, in-theatre skills and familiarity within the hospital theatre environment
* Ideally a theatre nurse background in orthopaedics
* Preferred education in life sciences and/or nursing
* Relevant industry knowledge
* Ability to succinctly communicate and deliver critical clinical information in a high pressured environment
