We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Account Manager to join our team to manage, maintain and develop a number of core accounts.
The role will be delivering in to existing clients, engaging with key stakeholders and developing the relationships and business. We are looking for somebody ambitious to grow & progress with us, Keen to develop their market quickly and show an inquisitive nature & thirst for knowledge.
You will work closely with the CEO, developing business and placing candidates into existing clients across the UK
The right person must have:
- Good Marketing, Persuasion & Sales Skills.
- A Strong understanding of the Recruitment Process.
- Strong drive and willingness to succeed
Previous experience in the IT / Technology Recruitment market are required but talent and enthusiasm is more important to us than experience - if you want to work in recruitment or a change of working environment then get in touch to discuss in detail
