Lucy Stendall is recruiting for an Associate Project Manager to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months.
Our client is committed to unlocking the potential of biology for patients suffering from serious illnesses by discovering, developing, manufacturing and delivering innovative human therapeutics. This approach begins by using tools like advanced human genetics to unravel the complexities of disease and understand the fundamentals of human biology.
Our client has been a biotechnology pioneer since 1980. They have grown to be one of the world's leading independent biotechnology companies, reaching millions of patients around the world. Currently they are developing a pipeline of medicines with breakaway potential.
Responsibilities include to:
- Project management support to the EURA SP&O.
- Support the optimal functioning of the EU SMT Leadership team.
- Project management and co-ordination of extended Leadership team activities.
- Support data collection for coordination of resource management.
- Support and coordinate training compliance.
- Support the tracking and management of budget data.
- Support the management of operational data sources and libraries.
- Assist in the communication of information on project status, changes, and issues to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain data sources for headcount and workload metrics including but not limited to - Org Charts / new hires / vacancies and anniversaries.
- Product / Project / Policy / Process and People Assignments.
- Collection and analytics of Process metrics on health of organisation.
- Monitor and manage team compliance.
- LMS compliance.
- IMR Filing Schedule.
- Timesheets adherence.
- Onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
- Manage Communication Platforms including but not limited to:
- Build new SharePoint Sites.
- Maintain current Functional sites - Support day to day request updates of documents.
- Approve access requests and provide SME support to the function.
- Support Newsletter and internal social media platforms.
- Support slide generation and tailoring for leadership for project and management meetings.
- Maintaining action trackers from SLT and SMT meetings.
- Support Operating review decks for EMC and ELT.
- Support planning and logistics for SMT members for workshops and cross-functional meetings.
- Provide function support for communication of milestones and metrics.
- Collate and communicate outputs from conferences and internal stakeholder meetings.
- Support Newsletter and internal social media platforms communication.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous project management/ project oversight experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
