About the Job
As Chef De Partie, in this role, you will assist and support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in delivering the food and beverage offering. You will support the kitchen in delivering quality food for a variety of events and functions as well as providing a full catering service for rooms and restaurants. You will also be expected to maintain exceptional performance standards through the effective use of kitchen resources and ensuring consistency in quality and value. The guest experience is paramount, and we would expect you to be setting a great example for the junior members of the kitchen to ensure that company standards and statutory obligations are maintained.
About the Person
To succeed in this role as Chef De Partie, you will most likely have successfully operated within a similar kitchen environment with varying priorities and challenges at different points during your shift. Success in this position will be determined by your attitude and ability to work well under pressure and within a team environment. You will also most likely have a natural confidence in the kitchen with a good attention to detail and warm personality.
The Reward
The salary package for the Chef De Partie role offers GBP20,000 to GBP23,000 with an excellent benefits package.
