Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week
Contract: 12 week fixed term contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to engage with visitors to our Conwy nature reserve, deliver a consistently brilliant visitor experience and generate income by growing support for the RSPB through membership. Typically working 3 days per week (starting beginning of July) as part of the Visitor Centre Team, you will be able to enthuse and inform visitors - particularly families - and support a small team of volunteers who assist with meet and greet and membership recruitment. Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required. Conversational Welsh an advantage.

This role is matched to the generic role profile within the RSPB pay and reward structure however due to the short term nature of the post the role will focus on the key elements of customer care within the visitor centre and not the cafe /catering. This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be asked to declare unspent convictions and cautions at offer of employment stage.
