Marketing and Sales Co-Ordinator (Housing) BLUS80717

Within the role of Marketing and Sales Co-Ordinator, you will provide support to the sales and marketing teams with the sales and promotion of new build properties. Ensuring the timely production and roll out of both on and offline marketing materials, supporting promotional events and assisting with other activities as and when necessary.

To be considered for this role in brief you will need:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of marketing and communications, preferably within the housing sector (essential)
• Proven experience of setting up and delivering robust processes and systems (essential)
• Working knowledge of off-line and digital/online marketing, including social media (essential)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (essential)
• An understanding of the housing sector, with emphasis on social housing (desirable)
• Event planning and co-ordination experience (desirable)
• A Marketing Qualification (desirable)

If along with the above, you have strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to successfully work towards targets and deadlines and a proven ability of supporting and co-ordinating marketing plans, preferably within the new-build housing sector they would love to hear from you.
