I have an exciting opportunity to join a well established organisation who have experienced considerable growth throughout the last two years. My client operates across the United Kingdom delivering market leading solutions for a portfolio of highly recognisable clients.
Purpose of the Role:
Maintain the data integrity of the HR database ensuring data is accurate, complete and up to date * Process contract requests, appointment letters and other HR related formal notifications * Provide first point of contact for HR administrative queries ensuring a professional response aligned to the company values * Process holiday requests, absence notification, exit survey feedback etc * Collate monthly KPI data and produce the monthly report (e.g. vacancy monitoring, cost per hire, employee attrition, absence cost, policy review etc) * Ensure the work you do is done safely, aligned to the company values
Hours- 40 hrs per week (Mon-Friday)
Holidays- 20 days plus 8 public holidays
Salary- up to GBP22k depending on experience
