Recruitment Administrator
Long term Temporary Contract
Primary responsibility will be the co-ordination of work placements as part of a graduate study programme.
Duties
The work placements you will be dealing with are unpaid and therefore there is no selling involved. Your main duty will be building relationships with both clients and candidates alike and organising their work placements. This is a very fast paced working environment where you will play a key role in a friendly tight knit team. Duties will include
Regular calls to clients to establish their needs
Meeting and speaking to graduates
Daily support of ongoing work placements
Meeting regular deadlines
Maintaining accurate records
Trouble shooting
Answering queries
Providing data reports
Attending regular department meetings
Plan and organise work loads
Carry out all necessary administration
Who would suit this role.
You would need
Good people skills
An excellent telephone manner
Strong administration skills
A good work ethic
The ability to work as part of a team
