Brunel Medical Centre is looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join our friendly professional team. The successful candidate will provide a high quality administrative service to patients, doctors and colleagues, acting as the first point of contact for our patients.

A successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, committed and a flexible team-player, ideally computer literate and with experience of a customer/patient facing role. You will need excellent customer service skills, capable of working (and staying calm) under pressure in a fast paced environment. A good telephone manner and attention to detail are also important factors in this role.

Regular shifts and cover for colleagues annual leave/sickness will be required. It is essential that you can be flexible to cover shifts from 8.00am - 6.30pm, extended hours until 9pm and Saturday hours.
