Interim HR Manager (7 months) - Worcester - Up to GBP40k + free parking and benefits
Based from Worcester City Centre this is generalist HR Manager role, working in a small team delivering all things HR. You will be partnering with a very professional, educated stakeholder base and experience gained within professional services would be a distinct advantage. You will be expected to travel to other sites once a week to promote HR and provide visibility across the organisation.
In order to be considered for this vacancy you must:
* Be confident supporting on all areas of generalist HR activity including recruitment and training.
* Have experience of dealing with a varied and sometimes complex ER caseload including absence management, performance and capability issues
* Show a proven generalist HR background
* Be fully CIPD qualified
We are looking for individuals with the capability to operate effectively in a high profile role within an established professional services firm and in support of academically and professionally qualified management.
