Professional Services business providing tailored and technical advice to a diverse range of clients. An established Marketing and Events team of four people.
Description
- Planning, promoting and running a wide range of corporate events (workshops, dinners, seminars, conferences, exhibitions)
- Sourcing venue and owning end-to-end event planning process
- Post-event follow up and ROI
- Coordinate and attend events (MAY BE OUT OF CORE HOURS)
- Update CRM
- Run social media activity surrounding given events
- Email marketing (use of templates and internal documents)
- Arrange photography, supporting literature, merchandise and other adhoc projects
Profile
- Previous events experience
- Experience in running events within a commercial marketing environment
- Someone with ability to prioritise heavy workload, keep calm under pressure, organisational skills and able to work across multiple locations and outside core hours as required
