Semi Skilled Mechanical Assembler / Fitter / Saw Operator
Special Purpose Machinery Manufacturer requires a Semi Skilled Mechanical Assembler / Fitter / Saw operator to assist in the metal workshop in building of conveyor systems and their associated sub assemblies.
Duties will include:
* Saw Operating: be able to work with accuracy in an organised tidy manner.
* Able to correctly identify material types and use measuring equipment.
* Accurate measuring and cutting of materials to correct sizes, tapping, drilling and assisting in the assembling of components.
* Candidate musty be able to read engineering drawings and have worked in a similar mechanical assembly environment.
Any knowledge of fitting motors, drive shafts, different gears, bearings, copper pipe work, drive shafts etc. would be beneficial.
Location: Harlow, Essex
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7am - 4pm & Friday 7am - 2pm
Rate: to GBP10.60 p/hr
