We're seeking an adaptable, experienced, growth orientated community marketing manager to join our small but growing team at an early and exciting moment.

Your objective is to build and deliver community and content marketing strategies to rapidly grow awareness of ckbk and then engage and retain our subscribers in the UK and US. You will need to keep ckbk relevant to subscribers in different markets while contributing to broader customer growth and happiness strategies, promoting ckbk's product benefits and brand.

As this is a young firm with few employees working in the US and UK, the potential for professional growth and development is considerable.

*OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE*

Build and deliver clear community marketing objectives and strategies for rapid growth in the UK and the US.

Acquire new traffic, engage and retain existing customers across all digital channels.

Create and Distribute: Develop and deliver content to further SEO goals and Editorial strategy. Sourcing producing, planning & coordinating across a broad range of media and channels and media including:

  • Social Media
  • Email/Newsletters
  • Blog
  • Video
  • in App content
  • Events and Experiences
  • PR
  • Podcast

Social: Manage, monitor and participate in our social media to build a great on-brand community in appropriate channels (e.g. Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook).

Influencer Management: Work with and augment ckbk's existing substantial network of famous chefs, writers and other key influencers and help mobilise their profiles and networks to to drive ckbk's growth.

Analysis and Measurement: Used to working in the context of good data analysis, measuring effectiveness and optimising output in the light of performance and effectiveness.

Customer: Responsible in the first instance for community success and happiness, including the production of FAQ's.

Discover: Contribute to customer research and the feedback of findings to product development and broader marketing and commercial strategies.

Keep up to date with the latest channels, marketing techniques and content styles.

*SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE*

Experience producing and wrangling content and editorial in a variety of forms and from multiple sources according to a well organised calendar of output.

Specifically, experience developing content for US and UK markets is essential.

Strong relationship building and networking skills. You will be as open to running an experience or event as producing written materials and will feel comfortable mobilising cbk's extensive network in the food community to develop your strategy.

Hands on experience with the the tools of community and content marketing, (e.g. WordPress, Intercom, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey and Zendesk, or equivalents).

E xperience working alongside and augmenting the activities of paid data driven digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, CRO strategies and will understand the role of data and metrics such as ROI, CAC and LTV and be able to work iteratively in a framework of experiment, review and change.

Knowledge of and experience working in the world of food, restaurants, and cuisine a distinct advantage.
