Property Inspector - Part-Time - Sevenoaks

As Property Inspector you'll be responsible for all field service activities in the branch area, carrying out property visits and reporting on findings.

You will also be responsible for???

• Preparing inventories and schedules of condition
• Check out tenants at the end of tenancies, noting damage or deficiencies and reporting back regarding cleaning and repairs
• Obtaining meter readings, and checking for and documenting hazards
• Advising urgently if properties are not ready for occupation
• Running monthly reports and generating letters to tenants
• Achieving and maintaining the relevant industry qualifications
• Undertaking any property management duties as required
• Assisting with any lettings administration
• Delivering Section 8 and 21 Notices and complete Certificates of Service
