We have a Security vacancy for a residential development in Chelsea, SW10.
Security Key Responsibilities
* Access and control
* Outside patrolling
* Checks of communal areas
* Checking of IDs where appropriate
* Monitoring of CCTV equipment
* Key management
* Operating the in-house Intercom
* Meeting and greeting residents and guests
* Carrying luggage to and from apartments
About You
We are looking for a dynamic well-groomed individual who can demonstrate high levels of customer service care whilst at the same time making sure the building remains secure. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
All applicants must have a checkable work history and must be able to produce references. In addition to this you must be eligible to work in the U.K and have a national insurance number.
Hours: Mixture of days and nights
Location: Chelsea, London
Salary: GBP21,500 per annum
