A highly reputable, national property consultancy located in Birmingham are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their experienced and expanding consultancy
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of professional and project work, whilst assisting senior members of the building consultancy team on a wide range of instructions.
As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be talking to clients and building new relationships whilst understanding client's needs and demands, with a commercial focus.
The Role of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyorwill include;
- Contract Administrations
- Schedules of condition
- Technical Due diligence
- Building Pathology
- Specification/maintenance management
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyorwill have;
- BSc or MSc Building Surveying
- 1+ year experience preferred
- Experience in liaising with clients
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD desirable
- Strong work ethic and able to work off own initiative
