Carefirst Care Services have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team here at our Colchester branch.
The main duties of the Branch Manager role includes:
* Ensure that the branch maintains a professional and welcoming approach.
* Engaging your team, making sure they are working to their full potential and providing support where needed.
* Client and candidate reviews
* Building on current and future relationships with clients
* Developing new clients through proactive sales calls.
* Consistently achieve targets and maximise branch revenue
* Manage and appropriately discipline staff in line with company and legislative processes.
* Take appropriate action to remedy any issues with service delivery, update and/or respond to customers politely and professionally.
* Undertake any other duties as reasonably required to keep the services and sustain growth of the business.
The applicant will:
- Have excellent management skills
- Be confident on telephone and face to face meetings
- Be presentable in appearance
- Have a good understanding of recruitment
- Drive with access to own vehicle
- Excellent track record for reliability and attendance
You will play an important part in the continuing success of our Essex Branch supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team.
