You will be responsible in leading a motivated team through conducting their quarterly appraisals and reviews, ensuring that they are being provided with the correct training and that they are performing at their best.As our Management Accountant, you will be reviewing and assisting your team in ensuring the department''s goals, cost controlling, and objectives are met. With the knowledge you would have acquired when being CIMA/ACCA qualified, you will be responsible for timely month end closing including posting of month end journal, payroll, cash related transactions, accruals and allocations. It will also be essential for you to ensure monthly inter-company recharges and inter-company accounts are reconciled and in balance by obtaining balance confirmations.In your role with us as our Management Accountant, you will be controlling and maintaining all balance sheet accounts by preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliation and action accordingly on reconcilable items. The preparation of annual balance sheet reconciliations along with all relevant back-up in advance of the annual statutory financial audit will also form a crucial part of your duties and responsibility with us.
