An exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced academic library professional at London South Bank University. The post holder will lead, manage and develop both the Academic Liaison & Teaching and Digital Skills Training Teams, ensuring effective provision of high-quality and user-focused services. The post holder will play a key role in driving innovation and change within their area of responsibility, ensuring that services delivered are user-focused, and at the leading edge of best practice within the sector and beyond.

As a member of the LLR Leadership Team, you will help shape the strategic direction of the Library and Learning Resources department, exemplifying the University values of excellence, professionalism, integrity, inclusivity and creativity. You will be joining a Library and Learning Resources service that prides itself in providing a high level of customer service, demonstrated by our achievement of the Service Mark standard from the Institute of Customer Service and consistently high scores in the National Student Survey.

The post is Full-Time, Permanent. We operate a flexitime with core hours working pattern on weekdays.
