One of the UK's leading providers of health care services, Sugarman is a leading, well established health care recruitment and service provider, operating for over 30 years in both the private and public health care sector.
We are looking for an Account Manager who can apply his/her mind set to the role, which we believe means that, with support, you will apply initiative and forward-thinking into ensuring your individual performance is the best it can be.
An ideal candidate will have recruitment experience but this is not necessary for this role, you will be provided with full training and support to be able to carry out your job. Your role will be to service a master vendor contract supplying Support workers within their setting with the support of the rest of the team, your duties will include the following:

- Placing & managing adverts for potential candidates
- Short listing candidate CV's
- Interviewing candidates
- Working on candidate compliance
- Engaging with the client on a daily basis
- Managing your pool of candidates ensuring you are in regular contact with them
- Fulfilling clients requirements, fulfilling their bookings from your own pool of staff as well as externally dealing with 2nd tier agencies
- Managing the process and relationships with 2nd tier agencies
- Diary Management
- Daily/weekly meetings with colleagues & managers
