Senior Neighbourhood Officer
Manchester
£31,899 - £34,989 per annum
35 hours per week
 

Reporting to the Neighbourhood Manager, this role will require a charismatic individual to support in the provision of high quality, customer focused housing and neighbourhood service, taking an operational lead in ensuring effective delivery of neighbourhood management, advising and supporting colleagues in the implementation of the Group’s Policies and Procedures.
 
With a proven ability to communicate at all levels, you will work collaboratively across the group in order to enhance the customer journey. You will be able to manage and prioritise a demanding workload and have proven experience in managing a patch of properties with demonstrable initiative and problem-solving skills. With responsibility for the Income Officer, you will sound knowledge of the efficient control and recovery of rent arrears.
 
The role requires the successful candidate to be able to assist in leading the team, promoting a culture of ownership and contributing towards the development of policies and procedures.
