Our children’s residential short breaks service is based in Glenfield, Leicester. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manager with proven experience of leading residential care services. We have an excellent reputation for delivering safe, high quality and reliable care and support to learning disabled children from across the county and work collaboratively with families, local schools and multi-disciplinary teams in a person centred way. You will be responsible for driving quality as well as leading a team of experienced and dedicated staff to deliver the high standards we have set

Full-Time, Permanent, 39 hours per week

£32,294 - £37,839*

*Salary information is based on working 39 hours per week, dependent of qualifications/experience

Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
