An opportunity has become available to work for a well-known organisation in Hampshire that is looking for 3 Surveyors who are looking for a new challenge. They are in an exciting time where they are looking to expand and grow.
About the role
* Undertaking Domestic & Commercial Building Surveys
* Ensuring the quality of the repairs are completed to high standard
* Refurbishment, alterations and capital repairs and maintenance
* Corresponding with clients on a regular basis; communication will play a vital role in this position.
* Preparing condition surveys and reports on the organisations corporate and commercial housing stock
About you
You will be an all-round experienced surveyor with the ability to work autonomously. You will show previous experience working within social housing. Ideally you will be MCIOB or MRICS chartered; evidence of working towards a professional qualification will be a positive attribute to bring to the role.
